CJC-1295 MOD GRF 1-29 without DAC mimics a more normal physiologic GH spike each night vs CJC-1295 with DAC. This peptide is a synthetic analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). As an analog and agonist of GHRH, CJC-1295 without DAC stimulates the production and secretion of growth hormone, which may affect many physiological systems including the immune system, gametogenesis, and more.
CJC-1295 is often combined with Ipamorelin due to its enhanced specificity as a GHRH. This peptide generates similar increases in growth hormone secretion, but without the appetite stimulation.

Frequently Asked Questions
CJC-1295 No DAC
-
CJC-1295 NO DAC is a synthetic peptide that mimics a portion of the naturally occurring growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). This peptide is designed to increase the secretion of growth hormone (GH) by stimulating the pituitary gland. The "NO DAC" version of CJC-1295 refers to the fact that it does not include the Drug Affinity Complex (DAC), which makes the peptide have a shorter half-life but is preferred for specific dosing protocols.
-
The primary difference between CJC-1295 with DAC and CJC-1295 NO DAC lies in the peptide's half-life and duration of action, which is influenced by the presence or absence of the Drug Affinity Complex (DAC).
Duration of Action: With DAC has a long-lasting effect (up to 8 days), while NO DAC has a much shorter duration (hours).
Frequency: With DAC requires less frequent use (once or twice a week), while NO DAC requires more frequent use (multiple times a week).
Mechanism: With DAC offers sustained, long-term GH release, while NO DAC provides short, pulsatile GH release.
Application: With DAC is often used for long-term therapies like anti-aging, while NO DAC is used in settings where short-term, controlled GH pulses are desired.
-
Increased Growth Hormone Levels
Enhanced GH Secretion: CJC-1295 NO DAC effectively increases the levels of growth hormone in the body, which can lead to a variety of health benefits. Unlike synthetic growth hormone, which directly adds GH to the body, CJC-1295 NO DAC stimulates your body’s natural production of GH.
Improved IGF-1 Levels: As a result of increased GH secretion, there is also a rise in Insulin-Like Growth Factor 1 (IGF-1), a hormone that plays a key role in growth and development, particularly in muscle tissue and bone density.
Anti-Aging and Longevity
Reduction of Aging Symptoms: Higher levels of GH and IGF-1 are associated with improved skin elasticity, reduced wrinkles, and a decrease in other signs of aging.
Improved Sleep: Users often report better sleep quality, which is crucial for overall health and recovery. Growth hormone is naturally secreted in pulses during deep sleep, so improved GH levels can enhance this process.
Muscle Growth and Fat Loss
Increased Muscle Mass: By boosting GH levels, CJC-1295 NO DAC can promote lean muscle mass growth, which is beneficial for athletes and individuals looking to improve their body composition.
Enhanced Fat Metabolism: GH plays a role in the breakdown of fat cells (lipolysis), helping in reducing body fat, particularly when combined with exercise and a healthy diet.
Recovery and Healing
Faster Recovery from Injuries: Growth hormone is vital for tissue repair and regeneration, so increasing GH levels can lead to quicker recovery from injuries, surgeries, or intense workouts.
Improved Joint and Bone Health: GH and IGF-1 are essential for maintaining bone density and joint health, which can be particularly beneficial for older adults or those with joint issues.
-
Clinical Applications
- Age Management Therapy: CJC-1295 NO DAC can be integrated into anti-aging protocols to help patients maintain youthful levels of growth hormone, which may lead to better overall health, vitality, and appearance.
- Sports Medicine and Physical Rehabilitation: Given its effects on muscle growth and recovery, this peptide is valuable for patients recovering from injuries or those in physically demanding professions or sports.
Metabolic Health: The peptide can assist in weight management programs by promoting fat loss and improving muscle mass, which is crucial for long-term metabolic health.
-
Some users may experience mild side effects such as:
- Injection site reactions (redness or swelling)
- Water retention
- Headaches
- Nausea
- Rarely, there can be an increase in cortisol levels or blood sugar levels
Remember, everyone reacts differently to substances like CJC-1295 No DAC due to individual physiological differences such as metabolism rate and overall health status. Consult with a licensed healthcare professional if you are considering peptide therapy.
-
Cancer or Tumor History
Growth Promotion: CJC-1295 NO DAC can stimulate cell growth, which may be problematic in individuals with active cancer or a history of cancer. This peptide is generally contraindicated in these cases.
Diabetes
Blood Sugar Management: Because CJC-1295 NO DAC can influence blood sugar levels, individuals with diabetes or those on glucose-lowering medications should use it cautiously, with close monitoring by a healthcare provider.
Acute or Chronic Illness
Illness Impact: Patients with severe acute or chronic illnesses, particularly those affecting the liver or kidneys, should use CJC-1295 NO DAC with caution, as it could impact the body’s metabolism in unpredictable ways.
Hypersensitivity
Allergic Reactions: Patients with known hypersensitivity to any component of the peptide formulation should not use CJC-1295 NO DAC.
-
CJC-1295 No DAC is an injectable peptide administered subcutaneously through the fat. The most fatty parts of the body are the abdomen, side or back of upper arms, and front of thighs.
CJC-1295 No DAC is for research purposes only, unless prescribed by a licensed physician.
