CJC-1295 is a synthetic GHRH (growth hormone releasing hormone) analogue made up of 30 amino acids. It has been found to be highly effective with regards to the increase of growth hormone secretion and IGF-1 without negatively affecting GH secretion. CJC-1295 also promotes slow wave deep sleep, which is responsible for the highest level of muscle growth and memory retention and rejuvenation.
CJC-1295 is often combined with Ipamorelin due to its enhanced specificity as a GHRH. This peptide generates similar increases in growth hormone secretion, but without the appetite stimulation.

Frequently Asked Questions
CJC-1295 w/ DAC
-
CJC-1295 with DAC is a synthetic peptide analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). The key feature of this version of CJC-1295 is the inclusion of the Drug Affinity Complex (DAC), which significantly extends its half-life in the body. This allows the peptide to provide a more sustained increase in growth hormone (GH) levels over a prolonged period.
-
The primary difference between CJC-1295 with DAC and CJC-1295 without DAC lies in the peptide's half-life and duration of action, which is influenced by the presence or absence of the Drug Affinity Complex (DAC).
Duration of Action: With DAC has a long-lasting effect (up to 8 days), while without DAC has a much shorter duration (hours).
Frequency: With DAC requires less frequent use (once or twice a week), while NO DAC requires more frequent use (multiple times a week).
Mechanism: With DAC offers sustained, long-term GH release, while NO DAC provides short, pulsatile GH release.
Application: With DAC is often used for long-term therapies like anti-aging, while NO DAC is used in settings where short-term, controlled GH pulses are desired.
-
Sustained Growth Hormone Release
Extended Half-Life: Thanks to the DAC, CJC-1295 can remain active in the body for up to 8 days, providing a prolonged stimulation of the pituitary gland to release GH.
Consistent IGF-1 Levels: The extended release of GH also leads to a more sustained increase in Insulin-Like Growth Factor 1 (IGF-1), which is important for growth, development, and metabolic processes.
Anti-Aging and Longevity
Reduction in Aging Symptoms: The consistent release of GH helps improve skin elasticity, reduce wrinkles, and support overall tissue health, contributing to a more youthful appearance.
Improved Sleep Patterns: Patients often report better sleep quality, which is essential for recovery, cognitive function, and overall well-being. Enhanced GH levels, particularly during deep sleep, contribute to this effect.
Muscle Growth and Fat Loss
Increased Muscle Mass: By promoting higher levels of GH and IGF-1, CJC-1295 with DAC aids in the development of lean muscle mass, making it beneficial for those looking to improve their body composition.
Enhanced Fat Metabolism: The peptide promotes lipolysis, the breakdown of fat cells, which helps reduce body fat and improve overall metabolic health.
Recovery and Healing
Accelerated Recovery: The peptide supports faster recovery from injuries, surgeries, or intense physical activity by promoting tissue repair and regeneration.
Bone and Joint Health: GH and IGF-1 are crucial for maintaining bone density and joint integrity, which can be particularly beneficial for aging individuals or those with joint issues.
-
Clinical Applications
Age Management Therapy: CJC-1295 with DAC is commonly used in anti-aging protocols to help patients maintain youthful levels of GH, which can improve vitality, skin health, and overall quality of life.
Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation: The peptide is valuable for patients recovering from injuries or surgeries, as well as athletes looking to enhance muscle growth and recovery times.
Metabolic Health: CJC-1295 with DAC can be an effective tool in weight management programs, especially for patients struggling with stubborn fat or metabolic disorders.
-
Some users may experience mild side effects such as:
- Injection site reactions (redness or swelling)
- Water retention
- Headaches
- Nausea
- Rarely, there can be an increase in cortisol levels or blood sugar levels
Remember, everyone reacts differently to substances like CJC-1295 w/ DAC due to individual physiological differences such as metabolism rate and overall health status. Consult with a licensed healthcare professional if you are considering peptide therapy.
-
Cancer or Tumor History
Growth Promotion: Due to its ability to stimulate growth hormone release, CJC-1295 with DAC may not be suitable for individuals with active cancer or a history of cancer, particularly those with hormone-sensitive tumors.
Diabetes
Blood Sugar Management: The peptide can influence blood sugar levels, so it should be used with caution in individuals with diabetes or those on glucose-lowering medications. Close monitoring is required.
Acute or Chronic Illness
Illness Impact: Patients with severe acute or chronic illnesses, particularly those affecting the liver or kidneys, should use CJC-1295 with DAC cautiously, as it could impact the body’s metabolism.
Hypersensitivity
Allergic Reactions: Patients with known hypersensitivity to any component of the peptide formulation should not use CJC-1295 with DAC.
-
